Lee Prazer, Fitness Professional, Founder of LPF
Throughout my life I have experienced various competitive sports, football being the chosen sport I progressed to earn myself a
Youth Training Scheme position with Stevenage Borough, aiming to achieve a professional contract.
Reaching extreme levels of fitness and the impact it has on my lifestyle and wellbeing has given me the drive and determination
to share this with others. So, with no hesitation I started my career in the fitness industry. Studying continuously to keep up to date
with all new methods and cementing my beliefs to enable me to offer the best possible service to my valued clients.
Now 7 years on I have gained a lot of experience working with my clients and together we have achieved some great results.
My strengths lie in weight management, cardio conditioning (for adults and children), whole body functional exercises, core
strength and stability, injury
prevention and sports specifics.
I'm confident whatever your goal I can help you achieve it.
